Rebuilt at three times the size of the old S.E.A. Aquarium, the Singapore Oceanarium opened in July 2025 with a window on the open ocean 36 metres wide.
The Singapore Oceanarium opened at Resorts World Sentosa on 23 July 2025, replacing the former S.E.A. Aquarium and rebuilt at three times its size across six themed zones. The route leads past a jellyfish kreisel and a life-sized whale fall to the Open Ocean habitat, where reef manta rays and zebra sharks glide behind a viewing panel 36 metres wide.
In the Spirit of Exploration zone stands a replica of the Jewel of Muscat, a ninth-century Arabian dhow. Entry is by timed ticket, and an evening ticket admits from 4pm. Under cover and out of the sun, the Oceanarium is a good choice for the hottest hours of a Sentosa day, between the beaches and Fort Siloso.
